Like father, like son. We know attorney Richard Pogue to be a stellar community leader: innovative, always gracious and totally committed to our town. On October 30, we would like you to meet his son David, whose qualities are equally impressive, but whose track record is dramatically different. We’re calling this wine-and cheese event “A Snappy Hour with David Pogue,” and we are limiting attendance to just 60 of our supporters. Hosted by Maura Kehoe, it will be held in the Penthouse suite of Bratenahl Place Building 1. Interestingly, David began his career as a composer for the musical theater, then somehow segued into writing the very first (and quite famous) Macs for Dummies book. He went on to become an Emmy Award-winning television journalist on the popular series “CBS Sunday Morning.” He’s been on the air for 24 years, and the list of the luminaries he has interviewed is virtually endless. David will be at the piano, leading us through a witty journey of how he successfully avoided becoming an attorney. Joining him will be three of our stalwarts: Nancy Maier, Natalie Green and Bob Noll – and of course the proud father, now 98.

Once you bought your ticket, you will receive an email with your receipt. There is no physical ticket. All you need to do is check in at the registration table in front of the theater the day of the show under the ticket buyer's name. Then you pick your own seats.
